Diversion: Any diversions or
further stops during the journey must be specified while making booking and we
will reconfirm the price for the journey including your diversion as soon as

Airport Pick-ups: When you book we will take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we are able to monitor your flight for any delay or early arrival.
Waiting time: Our driver normally arrives in the terminal 15 minutes after actual landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear customs/passport control and collect your luggage. The driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Information desk in the arrivals terminal with a name board. Thereafter we allow you an additional 45 more minutes waiting time for free.
